1. Order Processing Time

We’ll prepare and ship your order within 2 business days after your payment is confirmed.

Business Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM China Standard Time (GMT+08:00).

Please note that shipping time is separate from processing time. We’ll keep things moving as smoothly as possible, though holidays or order verification may occasionally cause a short delay.

2. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and are calculated in business days after dispatch. They do not include order processing time.

Please make sure your shipping address is a complete physical street address.(We do not accept P.O. Box addresses)

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 30-day after-sales support from the date of delivery. If you experience an issue with your product, we can provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

• Shipping-Related Issues: If your product arrives damaged or has issues caused by shipping, we will provide a free replacement.

• Customer-Related Returns: If you wish to return a product for personal reasons, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
